Social Studies
We will be looking at our Arizona Studies Weekly Newspaper Week 3 and Week 4. Students will go on a "text scavenger hunt" to find answers about Arizona's Government.
Math
We will be multiplying three and four digit numbers by one-digit numbers. We will use the partial product algorithm, the standard algorithm and tape diagrams. (Have your child teach you this method; it will be new for you!)

We will be beginning a new chapter: Chapter 5: Shaping Earth. This week we will focus on the landforms found on Earth's crusts.
